Head Ultra Tour 17

Hello guys,

How u doing?Greetings from Hong Kong. First post ever here.

Took my racket to get restrung yesterday, the shop recommended the Head Ultra Tour 17 for mains and wilson NXT on crosses, said it gives more spin and power compared to the BB original rough 16.

Previously i had BB original rough 16 on mains and wilson NXT 16 on crosses ( Wilson Prostaff Tour 90) at 58 lbs. But that didnt give much feeling on the ball.....

Just wondering if anyone of you guys tried the Head Ultra Tour?

I tried it and I like it. It plays nice, doesn't move, plays long and comes in cool colors

I use a hybrid of Head Ultra Tour 17g mains and Wilson Sensation 16g crosses in my Wilson ncode six-one tour, and I like it very much.

I string the mains at 55lbs and the crosses at 57lbs. I find that this setup provides a nice combination of feel and durability. Also, the strings don't move that much.

I've tried the Head Ultra tour in both the mains and the crosses before, but I did not like that setup because, to me, it lacked feel and felt very stiff.
