Help with my Workout Schedule and what to have for a tennis scholarship

Hello everyone.
Im new on this forum. I wish if anyone can help me with some things related to my workout.
To start, I do tennis 4/5 times per week and also other 5 times of strength workout.
My week schedule is:
Monday: 1 1/2' h Tennis - 1h Strength
Tuesday: 1h Strength - 1/2' h Recovery exercises
Wednesday: 1 1/2'h Tennis - 1h Strength
Thursday: 1 1/2'h Tennis - 1h Strength
Friday: 1h Strength - 2h Practice Match
Saturday: Recovery exercises - 1 or 2 hours of a practice match
Sunday: Free day but also a doubles to recover too.
My question is, Is it good enough being 17 years old and wishing to play on the itf jr circuit or something like this.
What do I have to change? Because I'm going to the university next month and I don't know If I'm able to have a tennis scholarship on the USA ( I'm from Argentina?
