Alternates when feeling silly:

Wilson Jack Kramer Autograph wooden racquet 14.5 oz
Button dampener, 16ga nylon strings , 1 overgrip, No lead

Head Pro Aluminum racquet 12.9 oz
Shockbuster, 15ga nylon strings , 1 overgrip, No lead

The only "light" racquet I own is a Prince TT Graphite that I think is around 11 oz - can't stand it - like hitting with a stick of Styrofoam.

Size (mass) does matter - those racquets outweigh the ball by around 7 to 1 - the ball doesn't dictate play in that case. And I don't feel vibrations, have tennis elbow, etc.

You just have to be able to get the the frames moving :)

K90 @ 930 grams. Oh wait, this thread is about posting realistic numbers that don't relate to our manhood? Then I guess it's the Head Airflow 7 at 6.1 ounces, or 172.9 grams for you geeks.

Gamma Ipex 7.0 MP stock with a leather grip thrown under the original grip and the provided dampener. I have no idea how much it weighs now.
