How many people string with full gut job?

I'm preparing to trying natural gut for the first time. It seems a lot of people use gut as a hybrid with poly for cost and performance reasons. Just wondering how many people still string with a full gut job? I'm leaning towards a full gut job for my 1st time.

Sometimes, but often a hybrid with a good multi. I've had good luck with Head Fibergel Power or Alpha Sphere in the crosses.

I sugest first time gut users go all gut the first time. That way you get the full effect of gut and can see what gut does that your other strings do not. Also the basic good rule is to change only one variable at a time.

I agree NoBad. I'm in the "all-gut" camp and have been for years ... but I hit with some OLD Prince Syn Gut and ... really liked it!

I use BDE Preformance and Gosen Sheep micro 17. Great suggestion by NoBadMojo, try a full set first - then when you hybrid you have something to compare it to...
