You could make the building inhabitable again, if there is not another building close by and you fumigated the entire building (not just that unit). If it is a highrise, (ie you can't a tent over it), then it will never be pest free.

Infestion? LOL. I hope your cockroaches are better at grammar than you are. Maybe you can get some cheap lessons and take advantage of the situation. Just kidding you, man. Yeah, the only way to deal with cockroaches is to find something else worse to invade their ecosystem I'm afraid. I suggest rats. Mothers in law can also work sometimes.
