Andrea Petkovic is her quarters opponent, a comeback tour player that is in same boat as Bouchard. Should be interesting match! Winner takes 110 points! And is assured a spot in MD of AO too!

Bouchard only won one time between their 5 meeting and that was back in 2014 Wimbledon 3rd round. Last time was in 2017 in three setter in Washington, d.c. round of 32, maybe 1st round! If ?Bouchard comes up with a win, she will be back in the high 80s, low 90s! AO main draw assured!

Bouchard probably will not win against Goerge. But you never know! Finally; two real babes playing against one another, deep in the draw. One of the players is Bouchard and not been this deep into a semifinals since 2016!

Bouchard is winded. It did look like that to me at 5-3 and sure enough, she couldn't serve it out. Stranger things have happened but think she's gonna lose from here. She needs more matches under her belt to get fit again.

Semis this time around and it was a close match but the third set was just 1-6 however!
Mentally tired for Bouchard - she had to go through qualifying too! Goerges the number 1 seed in the tournament won
6-7(3), 7-5, 6-1.
