improving utr - possible?

if I have roughly utr 7 right now (9th grade) is it possible to increase that to a 10 utr in 1 year and from there go to a high 12 or low 13 when I graduate high school and get recruited to a good d1 tennis program?

I know I haven't provided a lot of details, I am just asking if this would be possible or not hypothetically, assuming the player will put in the time needed and grades are not an issue.

Sure! That can be done. Have to play lots of tournaments to get better! If you get to UTR of 16, can I have your autograph?

There was a girl from either Japan or China that did something like that I think. Went all in and it worked. But you have to go all in so idk. I read it in that book called “Mastery” i think.

Edit: I don’t know UTR levels, that girl went pro I think, so I would guess what you are asking is possible, though perhaps unlikely from the way you phrase it.
