Everytime I hit with my backhand my index finger goes numb for a few minutes and the base of knuckle is bruised and swollen. I think I am hitting my backhand with my left hand on the y shape part of racket and that is causing my finger to go numb. How can I train my hand to not go on the y shape part of the racket?
