I'm getting it once it's on sale. Sometimes there's a snap 30 or 40% off everything sale or a 2-for-1 offer... Fingers crossed. :giggle:

Me too. lol. Really enjoying my DR98 but wouldn't mind adding one or two of these!

Usually TW offers demo discount on many/most of their racquets. I wonder whether demo discount can be applied on top of those promotional offers you mentioned.

I’m gonna order it next week. We don’t get this frame in Canada. Visiting my brother in LA next week, so I’ll order it to his place while I’m there.

Excited to try it out. Used the DR a few years back. Really like Yonex products.
If you’re coming to LA-CA, you should just buy from the local shop here, they have unbeatable pricing.

Just checking in to give my latest string setup on the 330. Unreal performance from the yellow yonex pro tour poly 16L 125 at 48 pounds. I’ve never hit better. Having the time of my life hitting with this racquet since I picked up the older (navy/orange) version back in February. I tried the thinner 17 g 120, but it was not nearly as good.

Can someone who has the VCP 310g 2018 and the new 2019 310g give me a comparison? Is there really any noticeable difference? I have the 2018 330g and just acquired the new 2019 310g and I do like it... I just much prefer the older Blue/Orange paint scheme.

I play with the new HD, but I had demoed the older 310 and the newer 310 version. Only difference I can tell is that the newer version seemed to provide a little better feel and helped reduce vibration on off center hits slightly better, which I think is due to the new vibration dampening mesh. Overall, minimal change from the predecessor model. If I were buying one or the other, I'd choose the new frame, but if I already owned the older version, I doubt I'd upgrade (and I'm a borderline racquetaholic).

Anyone played both the 97 310 and 100 300? Is there a big difference in power between them?

I've hit both and didn't like the 300. It's a bigger head, so naturally a little more power, but if you're hitting the VCore Pro you're doing it for feel and control, not necessarily power. I think the 97 310 is an EXCELLENT racquet. The only 300 in Yonex I ever cared for was the EZone 100, everything else 98 or 97. Yonex's 300 in racquets are all too light.

I agree, Yonex should make 310g versions of the 100's.
