we tennisters have different strokes and playing style and I for one had a number of racquets already, I AM LOOKING for a lighter 12 pts HL racket, I was wondering if the balance of wilson ksix one 90 ( I own two) is really 9 pts or is it 12 pts HL coz the print in my racquet says it is 12 pts HL while Tennis warehouse only says 9 pts HL........i am currnetly shopping for the Vokl DNX 93 which says 12 pts HL, is it?

12 points is the balance unstrung. 9 is the balance strung, as the string adds weight above the balance point.

I'd suggest getting an N6.1 95 and just adding a leather grip. On my balance board my strung N6.1 measure exactly 10 Pts head light, add a leather grip (easier than adding lead) and you'll be very close to 12 pts. It'll also be lighter than your current stick.

I happen to own some racquets from a company [we won't mention here] that specializes in custom frames. The website has several options as far as weight and balance, but you can request particular specifications that aren't listed. My racquets are 12.5 oz. and 13 pts. headlight, unstrung. If you're interested, search the forums for topics on custom frames.
