I'm so pleased with this string, that I won't try any of the other offerings from luxilon, except I'm wondering about the 17 GA. version. has anyone tried both ? I'm guessing the 17 GA will be more responsive. I've used nat.gut for decades and luxilon blows it out of the water ! seems like tension either makes it a great string or an arm buster.

I played with the 17 version(only) and it felt nice, not sure how it compares to the 16 gauge but it was pretty lively, then it dies after maybe..10~20 hours... good stuff, but too pricey for me):
