I think Isner is going 2 be my American fav once Andy Roddick retires. This guy has massive holes in his game but I like his style.
Isner's groundstrokes are much more powerful than Young, and his volleys are much better. Young moves better and that is pretty much it.
if he can improve fitness and footwork, the rest i can live with. i love his net game, hope it becomes more prominant in the future.
He certainly doesn't move much better, because Isner can move for a guy his size.
Wow. Just maybe he can hone his strong points and do damage on the Grass and USO? America might have a GS's champ again? One can only hope...
That fist pump will look great in the photos. I can't wait to see it on the upcoming "Nadal has gained muscle mass" thread.
i see him only having an outsiders chance at wimbledon, but anything is possible

I know John's moving very clumsy on clay but you've got to give him credit for playing the way that he's playing so far.
Also, I don't know why John doesn't use that slice backhand more often, esp. when he's out of position.
Nadal draws the most crowd and the celebs to the matches, but Nico Almagro is playing the best tennis this week. I know what ticket I would pick if I was offered both.
I thought Gulbis-Youzhny was the most high quality match this week.

nadal 7-5 6-3
isner can´t even volley, maybe it is because the train trip and all that. Rafa is second best, behind roger

Nadal 7-5 6-4.
Second best as in volley?? LOL.
Anyone else notice that Rafa has speeded up the time between serves?
