Nadals funniest moments ( how can anyone hate this guy)

One of the things I don't care about Nadal,is the way he sneeres at an opponent after winning a point. Maybe close-up on t.v make it appear worse than it really is.

I can give you two more reasons,

Cheating & Unsportsmanlike behavior on-court.

OMG!!!! I love that sneer !!! A true warrior!

What are you talking about?

Nadal has never thrown or broken a racquet but fed has.

Nadal has never been fined but fed has.

Nadal never has a bad word to say about an an opponent but fed has

Nadal has never thrown a match and fights for every point Fed gives up and has purposely thrown a match and been fined for it .

As far as cheating that's impossible .....there are line judges and umps he can't cheat.

Why would you hate someone you don't know personally??
And Nadal is actually one of the nicest and coolest people out there. Its just fanboys around here that make it intolerable to like Nadal.

Well....lets put it this way , I'm not allowed to comment on the real reason.

Get it ?

Ok, if someone HATES, and I repeat HATES Nadal just because he has beaten Fed numerous times, then clearly they have issues. You can dislike the guy and feel a bit mad or dislike his playing style or prefer Fed over him but you can't HATE him because he denied your favorite player (who has no connection to you) some good titles.

It's frustrating when your favorite player loses, no matter who it is or who it's to, so hating a tennis player for winning is a useless exercise.

Agreed. Believe it or not .....I like Fed......I like him a LOT!!!

And I feel so very lucky to watch these guys compete.

Sure I like Nadal better......but that doesn't mean I hate Fed at all!!

The ONLY reason one should hate a player is because either this player personally physically or emotionally harmed them. Otherwise you are putting too much of your life into being a fanboy/fangirl.

Never said I hate Nadal...

-Nadal wastes time on important points and gets a gazillion time violations, Federer does not.

- Nadal gets illegal coaching, Federer does not.

- Nadal takes fake MTO's, Federer does not.

- Nadal jumps around like a monkey in front of his opponents and keeps them waiting to intimidate them, Federer does not.

- Nadal gets physical and bumps in to his opponent when losing, Federer does not.

There is a reason Federer is more respected and is more popular than your hero ever will be.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL...........That's the best you can do? Federer cursed what twice? thrice?? and broke his racket what twice in his career?? and is blatantly honest unlike your PC hero who repeats the same rehearsed lines in all his interviews? Breaking a racket, cursing at the umpire has no effect on the outcome of a match.

Nadal wastes time on important points to throw off his opponents rhythm...LOL How many time violations has he got since his return this year? Like 10 - 15 or so? ===> Cheating
Nadal gets illegal coaching from his box===> Cheating

Nadal jumps around like a monkey in front of his opponents and makes them wait to intimidate them before matches ===> Gamesmanship
Nadal bumps in to his opponent when losing to try and intimidate them ===> Gamesmanship

I have proof for all above claims...Just try me!

What exactly has Federer said about his opponent that was "bad"?

OTOH, I've got examples of your hero abusing his opponents,

Nadal calls Berdych 'stupid' after quarter final defeat

http://www.thinkspain.com/news-spain/12064/nadal-calls-berdych-stupid-after-quarter-final-defeat

and this is what Nadal said about Soderling,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEMDa3lilkw

Not to mention this,

nadalnudge.gif

Don't see anything in your video. Did Nadal even touch Rosol ? Notice video says "I'm waiting"....because there is no contact. Rosol never even stopped toweling himself off.

As far as calling Berdych stupid his English is not the best ....it doesn't compare with calling Nadal one dimensional or saying Jankovic doesn't deserve to be #1 or being fined for cursing or throwing water bottles at ball boys like servants or smashing racquets.....

But how about being fined for purposely throwing a match ???

For every example of Federer there are 10 more examples of Nadal cheating, playing mind games, bumping into and abusing opponents who he doesn't like because they don't worship him.

Your false "God" Nadal is a not a good sportsman...Simple as that. He may be a successful player, but he will never be respected...and I hope that youngsters don't learn time wasting, illegal coaching from your false "God".

Who cares. He did it once and that was when he was a teen. Nadal has cheated in all of his big matches and wastes time on almost all the big points esp the ones in which he is down....You're comparing one scenario with a lifetime of cheating and mind games? LMAO
Also, I would be ok if my opponents throws a match...I would not be ok if my opponent cheats to win the match.

Omega_7000 If you take a careful look at the gif that you so love posting and by careful I mean you should remove the blinkers that are blinding your vision. You will notice that Rosol appears to be waiting, but in actual fact he isn't. Once he sees Nadal approaching he covers his face with his towel and continues to move forward, thus making it impossible for Nadal, who is walking with his head down, to get between the microphone sticking out from the umpires chair and Rosol himself. The whole scenario was as a direct result of Rosol's action.

I believe Federer's team were spotted coaching during the US open.

Rosol spoke about the bump:

"I was surprised that he can do it on the Centre Court Wimbledon," Rosol said. "It's like something wrong. But I didn't expect it also. Was his choice. He did it. ... I just stop. I thought that he wants to let me go first, but then he start to walk fast. I stop because I don't want to hit me. He hit me, and then three times he apologize. And I say, Okay, okay, okay. It was okay."

"He wanted to take my concentration. I knew that he will try something. He talked to me a little bit. I think it's normal somebody do it like this."

Has Federer been given a warning for illegal coaching? What proof do you have?

Rosol thought the contact was intentional.

"I was surprised he could do it on the Centre Court at Wimbledon," Rosol said.

Nadal's demeanor grew glum as the match progressed, and in the third set, he bumped into Rosol as they crossed to reach their chairs for a break.

"He wanted to take my concentration," Rosol said. "That's OK. I knew he would try something, but I was concentrating."

Yup...he sugar coats his comments for the media and gullible people fall in to that trap...His real character is revelaed on court when he starts to lose a match. He starts indulging in time wasting tactics and gets illegal coaching from his puppet master, uncle Toni.

Tomas Berdych Votes For Rafael Nadal In ATP Sportsman of the Year Awards
Czech star Tomas Berdych has revealed that his continuing disappointment over comments made by Roger Federer after Berdych’s Wimbledon victory over the Swiss led to him voting for Rafa Nadal for the ATP Sportsman of the Year Award. “I was trying to just decide between two names, him and Roger,” he said. “I just decide to go for Rafa. I think he really deserves it. Just was a little bit disappointing after what I read in London, when I play against Roger and beat him. He was a little bit complaining about how he was injured and stuff like that. It was just kind of surprise for me.

Getting desperate are we? A ton of players have pointed to incorrect marks on clay. If he did that several times then it would be a problem...If he points to a couple of wrong line marks after playing 1200 matches, it's really insignificant.

Cursing at the umpire and smashing rackets has no effect on the final outcome of a match. Anyway he's done this what twice thrice in 1200 matches/ Are you freakin kidding me? Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha Try harder kid!

All players say things in the heat of the moment, that maybe they regret later. I know that Nadal apologized to Berdych and he accepted that apology and even agreed that maybe he had been wrong. You give two instances of Nadal saying something not so good about another player, but with Federer it is a constant theme. I really think he suffers from verbal diarrhoea, his mouth works before his brain gets into gear. I have never known him apologise for any of the scathing comments that he has made. It just isn't in him to do it.

Federer cheats by breaking the opponents momentum. If he's losing he'll find a way to stop the match. There are numerous examples of this, but I guess you don't see them.

For example, I was just watching Shanghai, 2012, Federer against Murray. Murray wins the first set and is hitting Fed off the court. Murray wins the first set.

At the beginning of the second set Fed is serving for 1-0. Try as he might, he can't win the game point. It goes to 5, 6,7 deuces.

Then, the rain begins to spit. It's not coming down hard, it's barely coming down. Federer wants to get off the court. The umpire says it's not bad. You need to play.

But Federer doesn't want to play. He follows the umpire to the chair still pleading his case. The ump repeatedly tells him the rain isn't a rain, but they're in the process of closing the roof anyway.

Still, not good enough for Roger. He continues to plead his case.

I quit watching it after that because it was so disgusting. This wasn't like RG 12 where it was raining so hard that it was affecting the courts. It wasn't even a drizzle.

I had to turn it off, because it reminded me of how Stan was kicking his butt and all of a sudden he found reason to argue with the chair. Arguing for so long that when play resumed, Stan was a nervous wreck and out of intimidation, weakly folded.

Then, remembrances of the famous bathroom break with Davydenko where he went to the restroom to wait for the sun to go down.

Seriously, you should be the last one to talk about cheating and unsportsmanlike behavior, because you would see if you weren't so blind.
