Need help with Prince Tour Graphite. Bumper guard issue...

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone could help out.

I just bought this Prince Tour Graphite OS and it came with no strings and unfortunately no bumper guard/head grommets. I didn't know about the bumper guard until I received it.

Anyway my question is, can I just use those individual replacement grommets and then use head tape in place of the bumper guard? It's not easy getting the replacement grommets here in the Philippines. Unless anyone in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu can point me in the right directions in getting them.

Yes you can. Ive done it on purpose in a couple of rackets to drop swingweight to a manageable number.

Gabriella Sabatini purposefully replaced her bumper guard with individual grommets on her racquets including the POG.

FYI: The Prince Classic Graphite bumper/grommets will fit your racquet.
