Need some help!!

I have been on a quest to change my lifestyle for my health being my main concern, 2nd priority improving my tennis game :) which started about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Little info about myself: I'm 35 yrs old, my starting weight was 265 and I am now down to 200 lb. I am 5' 10" with a broad/thick build.. At 200 pounds right now everybody swears I am at 180.. I have achieved this weight loss by doing my fitness pal app and a lot of exercise (mainly running, agility drills, and tennis).

I went to the physiotherapist at my gym and got a health check which left me with some results I am not pleased with. The body fat % in my arms and legs are 10-12% BUT the body fat around my stomach is 30-32%

How in the world do I lose this midsection? Do I continue doing what I am doing or do I have to make some changes?? Will the belly fat eventually start coming off because I can't stand to lose much more in the arms and legs (and my face). There are many articles that associate midsection fat with heart disease is a concern!!!

I'm 48 and the running that I do off the courts is pretty much limited to the warm-up runs I do with the high school kids I coach. We usually do a big lap around the perimeter of the grass practice fields adjacent to the courts, which is only about 0.4 mile.

Sometimes I'll do extra laps around the grass fields after team workouts when I want to work my "running muscles" a little more, but I've come to enjoy riding a bicycle for helping with my fitness and endurance. No extra pounding on my legs and I think this makes it easier for me to do more riding more often. Even if you like to run, this could be a decent addition to your fitness pursuits with a significant upside to offer.

I'm a "tennis person" who teaches and coaches a lot, so I avoid running for exercise because it adds to the beating my legs take on the courts. Riding has been a sort of fountain of youth specifically for my knees, but it also keeps me lean and ups my endurance. I'm weighing in around 186-188 lbs. now, but I'm down from 196-198 lbs. where I was at the end of Feb. Not gonna stop with the extra fitness efforts until my last little lump of belly fat is gone.

Not trying to preach the bike like a reformed smoker or something, but I've found great results with riding. I've also noticed it getting mentioned more and more among the pros when they get talking about their fitness work. I even picked up one of those "track stands" that turns your own rig into a stationary fitness bike. This let me start "riding" again in the middle of the winter while the weather was awful and the roads were trashed.

I have a trek road bike that I ride about once a week… I just can't seem to lose the fat in my midsection. You think if I just continue to do cardio and eat healthy I will eventually lose the fat in my belly??

I can't eat much less, I am at a base of 1300 cal/day and eat very healthy.. I could stand to eat more fruits but other than that I eat very healthy. I feel that I am doing a ton of exercise and continue to lose the weight in my arms/legs but can't seem to lose the midsection. Maybe it will eventually decide to start shedding away
