I have been on a quest to change my lifestyle for my health being my main concern, 2nd priority improving my tennis game which started about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Little info about myself: I'm 35 yrs old, my starting weight was 265 and I am now down to 200 lb. I am 5' 10" with a broad/thick build.. At 200 pounds right now everybody swears I am at 180.. I have achieved this weight loss by doing my fitness pal app and a lot of exercise (mainly running, agility drills, and tennis).
I went to the physiotherapist at my gym and got a health check which left me with some results I am not pleased with. The body fat % in my arms and legs are 10-12% BUT the body fat around my stomach is 30-32%
How in the world do I lose this midsection? Do I continue doing what I am doing or do I have to make some changes?? Will the belly fat eventually start coming off because I can't stand to lose much more in the arms and legs (and my face). There are many articles that associate midsection fat with heart disease is a concern!!!
