Yes. During his on-court interview with John McEnroe at the 2019 Australian Open, Rafa explained why he is back to wear sleeveless shirts. When he is playing in very warm conditions and hits a buggy whip forehand, the right sleeve is rubbing his arm. That's why he likes to wear sleeveless shirts in hot conditions.
