Options for wide feet + lowest heel lift

Ok I need some advice on buying shoes. I have wide feet to begin with and I also have nerve entrapment between the 2nd and 3rd toes on my right foot, basically my nerve between the toes becomes pinched and makes it hurt a ton. I have to wear a pad that wraps around my foot just below the ball that keeps the pressure off of my toes and it makes my left foot even a little wider. wearing any shoes with really higher heels shifts most of my weight forward on to my toes which causes pain. Now I understand that all shoes and especially tennis shoes have a higher heel and I have to deal with some pain in any case. But my question is what would be the best shoe for a wide foot with a lower heel. I have zoom breathe 2k11 right now and the heels are just to high it hurts walking around my house more in them than going all out playing tennis in my big cushy Nike Air Max 360 running shoes but, we all know running shoes suck for tennis... The number one option so far seems to be the Babolat pro pulse 2 or 3 if anyone else has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

My feet are not that wide, a regular wide in nb fits me fine. When my feet first started hurting I went out and bought a pair of nb wide trail running shoes for everyday use for the first week they seemed to help but after that everything began to hurt worse until I could barely walk. I switched back to skateboarding shoes(which have very low toe to heel rise) and slowly the pain has been going away I am still not at 100% yet but that experience has pushed me away from nb shoes for a while. It might have happened with any shoe I bought next and I am unfairly judging nb but all I remember is the weeks where everyday it felt someone had smashed my toes with a hammer.

I heard that T22 by Prince are great. They won like #1 shoe in USTA Mag or something. I had a pair a few years ago. They come in all sortsa colors and the toeboxes are pretty large. G'luck!
