Need a crystal ball for this one, no? Peak Kyrgios might be in like 2020. However, if he can summon a bunch of these... could be worth a watch. :)

Peak kalpab vs. everyone else - who makes the best "vs." threads?

I'd love to see them play each other at Wimbledon this year. I think Nick has the serve and big enough ground strokes to trouble Novak, but even on grass Novak is a great defensive player. If they do play my money would be on Nick as I think it's only a matter of time until him and Thiem start upsetting the top players and establish their own era.

Isnt it a little early to speak of peak-Kyrgios when he is 20 years old?

I am looking forward to see what he can do post RG though.

I don't see Kyrgios breaking Djokovic's peak serve. He'd have to scrape out TB's - don't see that either. Djokovic would break him.

This could be up for debate if we actually saw Kyrgios peak for real in wimbledon. Right now his peak result is two QF appearences, wich is great. But Djokovic has 3 Wimbledon titles. This is therefore not up for debate.

I voted Kyrgios but the only reason is that they are different kinds of "peak" players. Kyrgios is much more aggressive so if he peaks he will (most likely) win, just like Wawrinka did last year. But Djokovic is far more consistent and capable of preventing someone like Kyrgios to hit peak level, so a different peak doesn't mean anything in proving who is potentially better. It always looks more impressive when someone is constantly hitting winners off their fast-paced strokes but that's also the reason they win far less and aren't very consistent. But the term "peak" is so vague when it comes to one's level of tennis anyway, as the one with the more offensive game will always seem to have a bigger peak but who knows, if Nadal or Djokovic decided to just bash the ball an entire year, their one or two peak matches would seem even more impressive than Kyrgios'. You don't know that, they're just different players with different mindsets.

Not sure about peak for peak.....

But when Nick first played Nadal I thought he would lose. He won.

When Nick first played Federer I thought he would lose. He won.

We can only hope…
