Prince Beast 100 vs 98

I'm looking for an arm friendlier replacement to my Aeropro drive, and I've heard the Beast fits the bill well. I looked around, but I couldn't find any threads comparing the 98 and the 100. Heard the 98 is arm friendlier, but the 100 is slightly more powerful. I'm leaning toward more power and wanted know if the 100 is arm friendly enough. Was also considering the O port versions, but I heard they don't make a huge difference and might sap power. For context, I'm a 4.0/4.5 baseliner who relies on spin.

check the TWU Racquet Recommender Tool

might give you a hint on which frames are similar in spin and power yet give you more comfort.

I play ported frames, and I find O-ports to be more comfortable than the solid beam version in the Beast line up. The 100 has slightly more power than the 98, which a 4.0 on my team uses.

The solid beam beasts are all "clubby" to me and lack control. The o3 versions are far more balanced and usable.

The o3 98 would be my recommendation if you are more of a singles player.

Are the 98 and 100 ported versions pretty similar? I was also worried about the ported version being a little lighter (I like slightly heavier racquets) and having a very different feel than I'm used to.
EDIT: I am a singles player btw.

Prince is only offered by TW, so a $25 demo will answer all your questions!

Make sure to get a speedport black demo as well since that might be even better for you.

I have owned the 98,100 and still own a few 03 100..
98 is most demanding..but decent to use..
100 is a tad bulky..but plays like a more mobile pure drive tour..
My favorite of the bunch us the 03 100..
Its fast..powerful..spinny but most important to me is comfortable..
One just has to get use to the feel of the 03..
Different for sure..but once you get use to it..its fine..
I would still use mine..but just prefer my v7 blade 104..

The beast 100 seems to me a closer replacement to the pure drive but i only demoed the pure drive and the aeropro. Loved the pure drive but hated the aeropro. Ended up going with the beast 100 since it doesn't hurt my arm like the pure drive did.
