This is a Public Poll addressed to Nadal and Djokovic fans exclusively. If you don't support either don't vote.
There is no point discussing about this again.
To each his own!
Anyways, Backspin's thread already has a public poll.
Why only Nole and Rafa fans. The whoever has the most fans wins. It would be more logical only allow non-fans to vote.
Anyway I can't decide who was player of the year.
But I would rather have Rafa's year either as fan or if I was a player.
It's a different poll designed to extract the actual thoughts from the fans.
Ah, just guessed the poll was going to be the same. Apologies

Can't vote because no option of being a fan of neither but think that...
How can such an issue be solved only by fans of either Nadal or Djokovic.

By definition there's nothing that can extract an actual thought from a fan.
Honestly I liked him winning at least 2 slams, but I want him to do better at Wimbledon.
Australian Open he should make a deep run (and/or win) and I'll be satisfied.
Not for this poll, I think other polls covered the general opinion sufficiently well. Because of the purpose of this thread it must exclude other fans.What about fans of other players? You are not interested in what their opinions are?

Please don't subscribe this thread as a public poll but rather a tt warehouse poll.
I wasn't too impressed with Rafa's season TBH. He won only 2 of the 3 slams he competed in.
TT Warehouse is a public forum.
Alright, you've convinced me. 15 at 28 is on his way to getting the most :mrgreen:Yes, I'd also like him to do that, but a repeat would be satisfactory. 15 slams at 28 years old is not too shabby.

Indeed. #TeamRafa
I see a certain mischievious Ninja cast a troll vote for Djokovic. I made the poll public in order to adjust for such events, but nice try.
How would a poll settle this?Public Poll to settle the debate about who was the Player of the Year
Just having some fun, sir FoD. Just having some fun!
How would a poll settle this?
Doesn't make any sense.
Sure.......Because anybody who is honest about his favorite player being the true #1 and having a great season wouldn't mind seeing that player repeat the same results.

What part of the OP don't you get? This poll is directed at Nadal/Djokovic fans "exclusively," not Federer fanboys.TMF said:Please don't subscribe this thread as a public poll but rather a tt warehouse poll.

I rather see the poll on ESPN.com since fans are coming from all sports(e.g. football, nba, hockey, ncaa, etc.) which have more neutral fans with no biased. Not to mention a much bigger sample size.
On this forum, you get...
Nadal fanbase ---> vote Nadal
Nole fanbase ----> vote Nole
ROTFL !!I win 2 slam in 13 is true, but rojer is best
There seem to be many more Djokovic fans on this forum than Nadal fans
There seem to be many more Djokovic fans on this forum than Nadal fans, and yet the couple polls I have seen on this forum Nadal wins with 85-90% so it would seem clear cut what even non Nadal fans think. Which it is, there is no doubt Nadal is by far the best player of 2013. It is a stupid question in the first place. I dont know why it is even being discussed, other than a couple people being bored with the off season and wanting to troll, and others also being bored and enjoying the time wasting.
Hey FOD, am i allowed to vote ? Not sure if you mean those who are exclusively Noel fans, or can a Stepanek cum Noel fan like me vote?
Anyway, I'd certainly want Nolan to improve his 2013 result wrt to slams more than ATP points.
What goes on the trophy shelf matters.
ROTFL !!
The results of the poll so far say otherwise.
