racquets to demo (possibly switching from Prestige Classic)

after reading Mojo's post, i'm going to see if playing with a larger headsize will really benefit me. (i'm a high school player, don't know what level i am)

i usually hit the sweetspot and hit consistently but i want to see if a bigger headsize will help me. i don't want light racquets, but if you give me one that's good, i'll probably lead it up.

i think i probably won't switch, but please give me some racquet recommendations to demo.

i've used the prostaff 6.0 95, prostaff 6.1 classic, ncode nsixone 95, POG OS, NXG MP, Diablo MP, i. Radical MP, LM Prestige MP, m-fil 200g, 300g, and RDX500 MP but i still think the PC600 is the best.

The 6.0 95, 6.1 classic, nsixone 95, and POG OS felt too stiff. It's not that they weren't good, it's just i don't like the stiff racquets.

NXG MP just felt blegh. Diablo MP felt good to me, but i didn't try it for that long. also didn't feel solid enough (felt kinda hollow). 300g was WAY too light and WAY too hollow feeling. m-fil 200g was too stiff and didn't give me enough feel.

i.radical felt ok, but not that much feel. LM Prestige felt good, but didn't give me as much feel either.

RDX500 felt ok to me (but the paintjob is REALLY ugly and it didn't feel very special)

so yes. new racquets to demo please.

what about the Volkl 10 sticks? I have yet to hit with my Tour 10 VIP edition (whatever that is), but from bouncing balls off of the stringbed, it's nice.

What about the Diablo Mid? Yes, only 93, but big sweet spot for that size and great weight and balance. I MUCH preferred it to the mid-plus. Much more stable - no hollow feeling, as I agree with that about the mid-plus.

you know i just siwtched from prestige classic myself. and the frame i liked the most after about 12 demos is....babolat aeropro control plus! Although you probably wont like it because of stiffness...

Two racquets come to mind , the Tour 03, and the Agassi OS Radical = bigger sweetspot and still a players frame.

demo the Liquidmetal Radical MP. they sell for cheap now. and if you decide to buy, take note of the country the DEMO you used was was manufactured in. I bought 2 yesterday (made in Austria) and found out the China, Austria and Czech Republic (listed in increasing weight) versions (all 4 3/8 unstrung) did not weigh the same.

If you like prestige and want feel, and no to stiff... deffinitly try the Vantage 95" 18x20 63RA, and whatever weight you like.

It has BAGS of feel, though it will be stiffer than your prestige, but not as stiff as a wilson (66RA).

I went from a Prestige mid to the Volkl C-10 Pro and I'm very happy. Demo and see if you like it. And BLiND gives you another option as well.

Demo a couple of the Fischer players frames if you can find them. Fischer makes quality frames. Pro Number 1 or one of the newer ones. They have excellent flexibility while retaining a little pop which allows you to take full swings at the ball.
