Interesting that in this particular match-up, Djokovic comes out on top with a H2H of 4-1 against Raonic whilst Murray comes off the worst with a 1-2 deficit. Federer shares honours even again whilst Nadal has managed to avoid playing any tie-breaks with Raonic so far!

Just what is it about Raonic's serve that Djokovic can handle so much better than that of Isner and Karlovic and, conversely, why has Murray fared worse against him than the other 2 big servers?

Match-ups are fascinating things, aren't they? :)

Perhaps there are some match-up factors, but I would chalk it down to the fact that tiebreaks are much like the flip of a coin. I don't think there many patterns to be found, but mostly coincidence.

I don't know, perhaps Raonic is a bit less serve-reliant and has a bit more rallies than Isner/Ivo, and this makes it easier for Novak?
