Requesting Videos for simple technique analysis

UPDATE EDIT 6/21: Need some more videos while I test some new things out. If you've already sent some my way, feel free to send more (different) ones. Will only go over short videos. If anyone sends (or sent) a long video, sorry, but only looking for something short 30s to 1m or so.

Haven't been on here in a long time because I've been busy making a career out of tennis. I'm looking for a summer project and without getting into too many specifics, I'm looking for some test-subjects! Haha.

PM me if you want more info, but basically looking for 2.5-3.5 players that play 3-4 times a week on their own that are looking to improve to the 4.0+ level willing to take short videos of their strokes and send them my way and receive feedback. Also, looking for feedback on my feedback. (Did I mention feedback?!)

Darn my phone was full so I just deleted all the tennis videos. I shot them just for myself review and I do see tons of problem. I can shot some in the weekend. What length do you prefer?

1 minute max is ideal. Sounds like you have an awesome excuse to go play some tennis this weekend? Easiest way is to break it down like this:

Short 1 min. max video of issue.
-forehand sucks
--video whole forehand
-backhand sucks
--video backhand
etc.

OR

-backhand placement is suspect
-forehand is weak
--trying to recreate the situations and capture on camera.

Sorry, I failed to handle the large file. Good lesson for me in what kind of size of files my program can handle reliably. If you have any shorter videos feel free to send them my way. I just don't have the time right now to cut and edit the long one into shorter ones which is the only way I think I could make it work.

I don't have any other video and I don't have the tools to edit this one.

But there are many other short videos posted on this forum. Sometimes posters just post edited clips which make them look good but i insisted that everything must be posted unedited - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

If you want to show them off for personal fun, feel free! I'm not going to be the one to squash any enthusiasm. On my end, I'm hoping to get a few things in order first before sharing so that if/when people are interested the timing works better for them to have more of a system in place for how it works (FAQ); a place to go (site); etc. I'm definitely going to share or ask you to share in the next few weeks though!
