RG 2013 SF vs AO 2012 F : which match was closer?

The King of the AO took it to the king of clay on his 5th attempt in 2013 and narrowly lost a 5 set match. A year earlier the KOC took it to the AO King in a tense 5 setter in their very first meeting on the surface.

Which match was closer? I will go with AO 2012 because Nadal was actually up a set there. Many similarities though between the Matches...

French Open 13, it sure looked like Nole would win before the match began. With his win in Monte Carlo he had the momentum.
