Serving Stance Advice

Hi, I've only been playing for about 2 years mostly self taught off YouTube etc. I've got a serve which is pretty effective at the level I play, around 100-110 mph mark, and use a platform stance, front foot parallel to baseline on ad court.
The problem is I've had 2 Acl operations on my left leg, this means it's quite weak and I've been mostly pushing off my back foot on the serve. Recently been having a lot of knee pain in my right leg I think because of this?
I was wondering if anyone had experience of pushing off the back foot on the serve too much and was also wondering if changing to the pinpoint stance serve would help with this pain and maybe enhance my serve effectiveness?

Try pointing your front foot at the netpost. Parallel is only ok if you leave the ground. It's very stressful on the knees if you don't.

Stop and go see a well qualified sports medicine Dr. You need a firm diagnosis of your knee pain.

When you read about the causes of injuries to normal tennis players they rarely give causes, there are some associations between injuries and strokes. Your chances of finding safe information on what is going on with, in addition, one weakened knee is very small.
