I weigh 200 Lbs and am looking for a shoe with plenty of forefoot cushioning and have a narrow foot. Any recommendations? I am waiting for the Adidas Barricade 4 to come out.

maybe the air max resolve plus? cuz if you weigh 200 lbs, you'd probably destroy the Breathe Frees in no time

I would disagree. Air/Zoom air is a cushioning system that helps maintain a level of cushioning throughout the life of the shoe but they dont necessarily provide better cushioning from the start. I wore the old resolves, with zoom air in the forefoot and they had one of the worse forefoot cushioning I've ever worn. My current shoe, the breathe free II's, have better cushioning, but nothing super plush. Zoom air's purpose was to provide a lower profile system of cushioning not a plusher one.

If you want solid cushioning so that your knees and back aren't killing you by the end of a 4 hr match, try the match day pumps. They are heavy, but that's what you pay for to get stability and cushioning.

You may also try some of the New Balance shoes. I don't wear them, but I do know a few players who switched to them because the extra shock absorption decreased their patellar tendonitis pain.

If you have a narrow foot the Nike brand is better. I'd use the ones that have the Air Max name on them. I am also 200 lbs and used the Air Max Persistance. I had to get orthotics and now need a wider shoe. I have one brand new pair left.
