Safin did it in the OZ Open final in 2004 against Federer. He smashed his racquet on the ground, then had to receive the next serve so he would avoid the warning and fine. Funny thing was, he hit a clean winner the very next point with the broken racquet. He then changed racquets.

umm did u not watch roddick at the french open last year he had a green and black hat and wimbledon it was white the brownish color was from him constantly adjusting his hat in the middle its just a sweat mark the same thing has happened to me.
