strange sweat thing

ok, i was doing a short indoor bike session (30 minutes), while wearing a bin bag, I was averaging about 18 km/h or m/ph (im not sure how this bike does things). So I was going on like that, topping at 26 mph or kmh and minimal being 14. Near the end, around 25 minutes gone I notice this strange white foamy looking substance on the padded bars, it was very slippy, my hjands kept shooting off the bars. Anyway, once i'd finished I got my finger and pushed it over the white foam substance and looked at my finger, it was a green almost liquid, looked kind of like pesto, anyone have any idea what it is?

to the second one, no, the kitchen is downstairs and no dish soap will be used on it , to number 1, a bin bag is what you line your bin with so the contents can be easily taken out to the bigger bins

I don't think it was grease from the bike, as its not a real bike, its like the ones you'd find in the gym. Also, I wasn't exactly wearing a bin bag, I was wearing a Sweatz vest (http://www.sweatzsportz.com/) my brother wanted me to try one, so I did

sure that goop wasn;t from your hands?

On second thought, that goop could have been adhesive for the grips on the exercise bike. It can be kind of foamy/sticky.
