String similar to BB Alu

If this has all ready been discussed i am sorry.

I use a pro staff tour 90 currently strung syn gut mains / BB Alu rough crosses @ 50lbs. I am loving it at the moment.

1 problem i have is that it does break quite quickly, and at £15.99 ($31) for 1 set of Alu rough it gets quite pricey.

Are there any strings similar to the Alu Rough but a lot cheaper ?

Ive Seen Pro's Pro Titanium and Topspin, any feedback from anyone ?

Closest to ALU is probably Unique Poly Big Hitter.

Thanks for the reply - one problem is im in the U.K and finding strings like Gosen and Unique is a very tricky task and usually very costly

aigh aggro my stringer bought like 2 reels of string identical to bb rough and it costs half it's made in the same factory it plays identically except it's called match pro titanium

Pro's pro titanium and topspin are junk...just chepo strings and nothing like ALU. You could get a reel of topspin cyberflash off the big auction site for £45posted to your door. Topspin cyberflash is a bit different to ALU but holds tension better imo. Im in the UK and string prices are a reel pain in the ****.
