Strings for Head MG Prestige Mp ?

I recently got myself a new MG Prestige MP. It came strung with some kind of nylon(guessing) white head strings.
It played nice so i decided to change the strings later.
When the later came, i put Technifibre X-Phase One @ 24Kg.
I think that now the Prestige has lost some power and plow through that had with the standard string. It feels softer but more dead.

Any similar expireinces?

Can you tell what kind of string you use
or
what kind of strings work better with MG Prestge MP?

I think you should have read the name on the strings which all HEAD strings have written on them. If your sure it was a synthetic gut type of string you should try C3 rocket, master synthetic gut and head syn gut pps.
They're the 3 head syn guts i know of.

I use Lux ALU Rough mains and X1 BiPhase crosses... feels nice, control is very good.

is it a soft compination? My hand is sensitive to the hard polys.
Also, at what tension have you strung it?

ALU R is not terribly hard... but yes the X1 does help in that department. I am using X1 Red... to me it's not as soft as the natural but it's more stickier(?).

m's 59, x's 61 lbs... i like ALU R at around mid or +1, just to help with control and tension.
