T-Fight 325 feels very controlled yet power is excessible, spin as well even though the head seems smaller and the string pattern on the tighter side.
Not sure if/when - but I called TW earlier today and the rep mentioned that the 2013 racquets are expected to be in stock around mid January.Any idea when the 2012 T-Fights are going on sale?TW?
Couldn't wait and so I went ahead and got 2 samurai t-fights, excited to take these out for a spinNot sure if/when - but I called TW earlier today and the rep mentioned that the 2013 racquets are expected to be in stock around mid January.
Currently on a lenghty playtest of the new T-Fight 305. My first time with a TF stick. Long time follower of these boards where I picked up some great tips and ideas. Long time Ti.Radical and Microgel Radical user. 4.5 level player. Getting great pop on my groundies with this T-Fight. On the forehand, I feel I can easily go from heavy spin to flat and get depth with little effort. Lots of free power, and must say, awesome ability to simply 'slap" the ball. Volleys are also rock solid. Downsides for me are the slice (still not used to the balance) and, to my surprise the flat serve. One thing I must mention is that, on occasion, when going big, I get a strange ping sound (even with dampener). It sounds silly but it reminisces of hitting a golf ball with a driver. All in all, this frame's got lots of potential, I was previously playtesting the Head Graphene Speed Pro and really liked the solidity at impact but with this one, the ability to change ball direction and attack the forehand is giving me more freebies. I still believe I haven't fully tapped into the frame's full potential just yet, esp. on the serve. Strung with Tour Bite at 55lbs.
do the TF not feel stiff ?? nearly all of them r 68 plus stiffness ?? or do they feel less stiff than the rating suggests ?
The 315 definitely not, but that's a different thing. I was worried that the 320 would be too stiff, but all of he other specs looked so appealing to me.
I was surprised, I don't find the 320 stiff at all. I was expecting a little bit of discomfort, but there's none. I strung it with BHB7 @ 50.
there is a very thin layer of what must be the silicone in the handle of my 320. its inbetween what seems as the outer and inner layer of the handle. I just added 10gr of ge silicone. Very happy with the new feeling, trying it out on my other racquets as well.
How comfortable is the 315 LTD compared to the 320? My 320 is giving me some elbow issues so I'm considering the 315 if they do play similar. According to TW, the 315 is lower power with a much smaller sweetspot too. What are your thoughts on the 2? Thanks.
simply because the most underrated racquet on the market... love my 325's!
To clarify...
TFight 315 Ltd 16 Main (strung w/X-One Biphase 17) = 333 g
TFight 315 Ltd 16 Main (strung w/Wilson Gut 17) = 329g
TFight 320 TP (strung w/NRG2 17) = 333 g
The only "extra" on these racquets is the Tecnifibre ATP grip bands that come with them. I took the dampeners out when I weighed, and haven't put any overgrips on yet. So, this is basically the stock strung weight, which turns out to be about the same in two of them, and very close for the other.
The power is comparable. The balance is comparable, although I'll measure that soon to see what they are exactly. I'll try to do SW as well, but they don't feel like a huge difference there either.
The primary difference is the feel. Not that I don't like the feel of the 320. I do. It doesn't feel stiff to me, but it is firm/solid. The 315 definitely feels better. It is soft, but not flexy, as I said.
If you like the 320, but want something softer for you arm, I think the 315 is the first stick you should try.
Just my two cents.
Excellent info. Thank you.
They're identical almost. Not sure why the TW power chart for the 2 is so different which is throwing me off.

I have two old Tfight 335s 16X20 and TFight VO2 Max 320 (2011 samurai edition). I will definitely get 315 2013 Ltd 16M.
So please sign me up.
Nobody have any time on the TFight 295? Would love hearing a few ppls thoughts here.
Do the new TP tights feel any different to the old ones? The stringer world guys seem to think they do...has anyone tried?
how does the new and old TF 315 compare? I have an opportunity to purchase the old TF 315 and was wondering how it performs compared to the recent editions. All I could find are basic spec differences here. If anyone could chime in I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
