The final showdown: Tour bite vs. Typhoon

I've been experimenting with different string set ups for about 6 months now, and I've finally narrowed it down to two competitors. I've been looking for a string that gives me lots of spin and control and allows me to take full cuts. I also wanted the string to be affordable. Alu power spin was probably my favorite, but I'm not willing to pay almost 300 dollars per reel.

Enter: Solinco Tour Bite and Genesis Typhoon

Typhoon: This string is rock solid. It has a consistent feel and response, and I always feel like I know what my shots are going to do with this string. It gives good spin and power. The string is not amazing in any category, though. Although it is shaped and twisted, it doesn't provide the massive bite that other strings do.

Reel price: 110-120 dollars

Tour Bite: My experience with this string has been a bit odd. When I first started playing with it, I didn't like it at all. It felt erratic. After playing with it a few times, though, it began to feel way better (maybe I strung it too tight?) The past few times I've played with it, it has given me amazing spin and really enhanced my shot making abilities.

Reel price: 155 dollars

It's kind of a tough choice. I'd like to hear from anyone else who has experience with these strings.

Tour Bite offers serious spin and control, almost cheating imo. It is really good and it is not cheap but not too expensive. Super durability and tension maintenance.

Tourbite hands down,

after a long time in this forum most people are going to vote for tour bite. Rightfully so in my opinion. I love the feel of it compared to typhoon, but honestly consistency is extremely important in tennis. Just think about what it helps you do consistently better.

Serves?
Feel?
Depth?

I'd rather be able to put it where i want it all the time then hit a few crazy spin shots.
