There can be only one.
And it's quite obvious:

Miljenko Matijevic and it's not even debatable
That's a really gay look ... not that there's anything wrong about that.
What “talents” are those exactly?Katy Perry
Her singing abilities are limited, but she has immense talents in other areas.
Wonderful list. Love the mention of Jeff Buckley.Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan
Nina Simone
Stevie Wonder
Jeff Buckley
All deserve a mention..
are you kidding me? Freddie was the best live.Freddie wasn't very consistent live. He was kinda like Cornell: God like in the studio and a trifle underwhelming live. On the other hand, you have someone like Dio who could nail his tenor C all the way into his 60s, show after show. It depends what you give more weight to: studio or live. I tend to look at a singer's performance live. And when I say performance, I mean the quality of the singing, not performing as in jumping around. Singers who have rendered demanding material very well over a long career would be Dio, Russell Allen, Annie Haslam, Paul Rodgers, Stevie Wonder and many others. Engel Humperdinck doesn't really sing a demanding repertoire but his voice has held up well too. And yeah, this is just rock/pop. If I included jazz, I would absolutely go for Ella Fitzgerald
Where would you rate one of my favorite rock vocalists, who I might add is still touring at age 70 some 50 plus years after starting with The Guess Who?Freddie wasn't very consistent live. Queen Rock Montreal ftw.

You must know Lenny Kravitz's cover of their biggest hit, "American Woman."I would have to get back to you on that because I have never heard Guess Who (though I have heard about them of course). But if he's still singing 50 years on, odds are he must be amazing.
Afraid not , not much into Lenny Kravitz either. See, for young whippersnappers working their way back through the rock archives, it gets all haphazard. I have done pick and choose from over 40 years of music. And my tastes lean towards progressive rock so I guess there are massive blind spots in my listening as far as straight up rock goes. You must know Lenny Kravitz's cover of their biggest hit, "American Woman."
Katy Perry lol. Perhaps he meant to say Steve Perry. What “talents” are those exactly?
Another of the greats and a huge influence on the unholy trinity of metal (Dio/Halford/Bruce).Nobody mentioned Ian Gillan
Yeah he must be joking.Katy Perry lol. Perhaps he meant to say Steve Perry.
Presume he was taking the ****. If not, well...Katy Perry lol. Perhaps he meant to say Steve Perry.
