Yea, well seeing as Tony and Red Foo are in separate parts of the country, that won't come together unless they possibly meet in the pre-qualifying tournament that all the winners of these sectionals get thrown into!


Ahhh haha I said it...and I'm speaking strictly on the women's side. The number one seed, or at least who is in the #1 seed spot (not sure if it's seeded out or not -- it doesn't really look like it to me, or if it is, it's interesting how the seeds are set) is a junior player that I know semi-well. Some good college and and ex-college players in the mix though! My college arch-nemisis is in the draw actually!

Nope, Tony lives in the mid-west, he travelled to SoCal just for the National Hard Courts.

I'm 99% sure they didn't actually seed the tournament, the 1st person in the draw is a 2014 high school graduate.

Yep, one of my big conference rivals is in the mix...it's been a while since we battled though, she played on the pro circuit a bit I think.

Anyway, we will see how it plays out!
