Had a Rad Tour OS XL (candy cane) arrive this week to pair with my std Candy Cane. USPS made sure it was not meant to be.

I seriously can’t believe that would happen, did you call USPS? Why would they screw it up that bad and still send it like that? The hell.

I’m the one who sent it to @graycrait and I’m so disappointed by this event. I’ve never worried about sending racquets via USPS. I did file a claim so we’ll see how this goes. I’m so disappointed by this too.

I just sold another racquet and I’m afraid something could happen to it to. I never worried before.

The racquet I purchased from you arrived today, via USPS, and in fine condition. It does not appear as though an attempt to fold my racquet in half was made.

:-D

Thank goodness! I shipped them both the same day from the same post office at the same time. I literally just sighed in relief.

Very sad! :( :(

Freak occurence though. I've mailed and received at least 300 million racquets through USPS never had a problem. Always on time and no damage.

Always on time? 300 million?

me thinks you exaggerate

I been mailing them for approximately 15 years and never had damage until now. Delivery times have definitely been worse the last few years. It used to be two days and then 2 or 3 days and now it’s I just hope within 5 days.

I always send my racquets like this except for this one time. I decided to send the bag with it. This racquet was so nice and it deserved the cool bag that went with it. There a part of me that believes had I just skipped the bag, this might not have happened. The extra support in the middle might’ve saved the racquet. We’ll never know. I made this video two years ago and I was wearing that same shirt yesterday.

Oh my gosh I’ve never ever ever seen anything like that before . I’m in the tennis business since 2000 full time and NEVER have i seen this .
Not the senders fault in any way of course . As a matter of fact the way the sender packed the rackets is EXACTLY the same as the manufacturer with one difference a thin plastic sheath like a clear garbage bag wrapped around the frame . Come to think of it the manufactures don’t even send sticks with protective nice bags anymore so that means that the sender took more precautions than if you would of purchased directly from the factory!
Damn that’s an embarrassing shame our countries shipping has fallen this badly . Hmmmmmmm wonder what the correlations are ... hmmmmm

I try and avoid USPS as much as possible. I pay a little extra for UPS express since they provide strong boxes.. and their handling is much better.

Craig, sending you a pm.

I just received a post card from my accountant today that he sent me in early March. Over 6 months to go about 25 miles.
