Jason actually says its pretty stiff but is comfortable.
I won't be surprised if the written review had a high score in comfort, even if it was fairly stiff. I think comfort means it reduces initial shock and vibration, but won't magically take away the effect on your arms after.

I have left NYC. I had a great time but it was time to move on. I'm now swinging the Wilson Steam 99S.

I hit briefly with this racket 2 days ago, one of the guys I coach uses it now, the racket is pretty good, very accurate and powerful, ball shoots off the string bed, it doesn't stay much on it, what impressed me is how stable it is and doesn't vibrate at all.
