tying off on wrong hole

I tied off the mains on 7B instead of 6B. I didn't realize until I was trying to tie off the cross knot(which is supposed to be 7B). Since I tied off the main on the cross tie off I just ended up tying the cross tie off on the main tie off grommet at 6B Do you guys think there would be any problems because of that?

I don't know what 7B stands for. If it's the same thing as 7T I don't see any problem. If it's 7H, it's probably not a problem unless you end up with string exposed to court abrasion on the outside of the frame.

I was supposed to tie off both the mains and cross tie offs on the bottom of the racquet. I ended up switching the tie offs. So Mains tied off where either of the crosses would of tied off and I tied off the cross on of the main tie off grommets.

There are 2 conventions. T/B and H/T. T/B is the KlipperUSA stringing convention T=Tip of hoop/B=Bottom of hoop. H/T is the USRSA or manufacturers' convention H=Tip of hoop and T=Throat or bottom of hoop. There should be no problem figuring out which convention is used.

If you tie off the main in grommet hole 6 it is easier to get a string in the brootom cross hole because the string going from 6-7 hold the last main tail off to the side of grommet hole 8. Otherwise whether you tie off at 6 or 7 does not matter.

My 2cents on the subject,,
Some raket brands tend to specify where they want you to tie off,,, more so than others!
just pay attencion to " that", a little more next time
its a little embarrassing to tie off next to the designated tie of hole labeled on the raket itself,,, but really, no big issue...
talking from experience,, ive tied of in the wrong spot, did not like knowing that I messed that up, so now I lookout for that mistake,,,
if you are gonna tie of in another spot, you should have a reason for it:
yonex loop, mains2mains, crosses2crosses, etc,,,
