if you have hundreds of dollars to spend, also look up bosworth...

They made full refund if undamaged, something like 30% deducted if significantly damaged. There was the non-trivial expense of sending it back to England, though that might not be necessary now that Racquetmaxx in the southern USA is an affiliate.
