So you are saying to tilt my upper body more forward from the hips?
I see very few rec players that really get there chest to the sky like the Pros
and they still manage to get some drop.

No, the other way. GuyClinch called it the limbo move. You lean back. And try to keep your body sideways on as your knees extend.

I think all this concern about the drop is impeding your progress. All the drop is is the transition from down to up. I think your problem is that your muscle memory hasn't processed that the racquet has to go up to the ball. You try to guide the ball into the court. You shouldn't aim at the service box. You aim up at the ball. The feeling is not so much throwing the racquet as it is standing next to your house and flicking the racquet up onto the second story roof.

Watch Isner from behind at ground level. His hand is moving up behind his head. Yours is outside your shoulder line and moving more toward the net.

Actually, you initiate the lean back by tilting forwards at the prep position!
Look at the vids of the pros.
Just like, you initiate the loop swing so you can take the racket back, racket drop!
Neither case, you start leaning back or with the racket in drop position.
