What do Berrettini, Gasquet and Youzhny have in common?

The nerve you have to even respond after what the Nadal+Djokovic gang has done with TTW in the last 2 months which is a daily swamp of s**tting on Federer is beyond anything. It's like you stole a car with no repercussions while you gave me s**t for stealing a lollypop. You can tick September 18th 2019 as another successful day of crapping on Federer. Great job. You can use it when you're applying to a new job as proof of consistency. See ya tomorrow for another portion of mashed potatoes. But hey you like Nadal so it kinda makes sense LMAO.

Yeah that's pretty pathetic that he the guy required a cupcake draw each time to get the job done. Nadal being a 4-time USO champion is the 3rd biggest tragedy in tennis after the Seles stabbing and Halep surgery.

If you want to name the SF opponent in EVERY Slam then please don't forget about Melzer, Ljubicic, Schuttler, Verdasco too LMFAO.
OK, you have a point about the other names you listed but Verdasco that day put up one of the toughest fights ever for a Slam semifinal. Tougher perhaps than even Federer himself in the final.

Said by a person who never stops whining about the clay season and who made a Nadal bashing thread after Wimbledon semifinal. Then of course he cries when others remind him about 40-15.

And the funny part is if Federer played Verdasco it would've been something like 6-4 7-6 6-3.

I doubt that very much. I think he'd match up better against Fiasco but he's still dropping a set, at least. Dude hit over 100 winners in that match.
Nadal is vulnerable against big hitters a lot more than Federer. Remember what Gonzalez did to Nadal at the AO in 2007? And then got straight setted by Fed.

Yeah, it's his playing style. It follows that someone like Verdasco or Davydenko would be a tougher matchup for him than they would for Fed. And Fed has his own problem with handling heavy topspin players. That's why Andreev took him to five sets at the US Open in 2008 while I know Nadal would have dismantled him.

Other examples: Ferrer is a tougher opponent for Nadal than he is for Federer, Del Potro is tougher for Federer than he is to Djokovic, etc.

Boo hoo... you lot deserve it for being the worst pack of delusional glory hunters on this site.
Glory hunters? Dafuq did I just read? Is this 2007?
Not as pathetic as the amount of cupcake draws Federer needed before Nadal and Novak hit their prime...
So many Slam champions in Nadal's USO draws. Just like Slamless Hewitt, Roddick, Safin, Agassi, Ferrero etc. PFFF. When did you start watching tennis again? Did you even one match pre 2008? Or where you like 2 years old?

Well, I could've just stuck with Wimbledon and thrown Gasquet in there instead of Keifer :-D

LOL at listing Verdasco as a weak opponent. Shows that you know nothing about tennis. So much for being a tennis_pro...
Federer against that Verdasco = straight sets.
But I'm happy to go across all slams too mate:
Chung Hyeon :laughing::-D
Haas
Berdych
Gasquet
Keifer (PEAK and still lost a set to him LMFAO)
Bjorkman
Grosjean
But hey still nothing beats Puerta in the final. :*
Not to mention from 03-06 he had sh*t final opponents like Hewitt, Roddick and old man Agassi HAHAHAHAHAHAHA how pathetic
Hewitt, Roddick in their primes yeah so weak. Agassi at 35 super old, yeah. Looking what Djokovic/Nadal are doing at 32/33 or Fed at 38 doesn't seem that old anymore, right? LMAO

But hey, Agassi had peak Federer in 2005. Nadal has peak Medvedev hahaha.[/QUOTE]

Oh, did you spot that through your crystal ball did you?
Federer owned big hitters. The first big hitter who beat a relevant Federer was Del Potro at the US Open and Federer was 28 at the time and near the end of his prime. He pretty much only struggled against Nadal thanks to Nadal's speed and spin. That's why Fed has been Ned's daddy since 2014 because that's when Nadal lost his speed.

Not sure what 2007 has to do with anything...

LOL all of those tough "slam winners" won their slams before Federer hit his peak with the exception of Safin who belted him at AO05...

Nadal beat a slam champion in every single US Open title run and these are guys who beat Federer in majors before too unlike Roddick, Hewitt and Ferrero who never got the job done against him in a major...

Federer against that Verdasco = straight sets.

you = full of sh*t

Hewitt and Roddick are clearly easier opponents than Federer and Djokovic whom Nadal has had to beat in the majority of his slam finals...

Safin not a big hitter? LOL tennis_clown is more appropriate

Prime for prime Nadal > Fed by your own admission...

I guess Federer owning big hitters is the reason why Berdych (who was a NOBODY if we compare to Verdasco's level) pushed him to 5 sets in AO 2009. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

I guess it’s time for legend to retire and by so don’t give haters any more chances to mock him. Basel ends on October 27th. There is still time to make the right decission.
He shouldn't be mocked at all. That's what all of his haters want is for him to retire and throw in the towel. I hope he keeps going and keeps winning matches and trophies. He's still capable of it and you know this. He sent Nadal back to Mallorca with his tail tucked between his legs the last time they met.

Yes. And what's even funnier is that the only guy who actually won something from this was Nadal. :-D :-D :-D :-D

Nadal didn't gain anything from losing that match. Nervous Nelly Nadal could barely hold himself together to beat Medvedev. God forbid it's Federer across the net from him next time.

Oh, he did. Federer and Djokovic were killing each other mentally in Wimbledon final. Federer suffered one of his toughest ever losses. As a result Nadal has 2 slam titles this year, Federer has none. And it's not like Federer owned him in head to head this year, they are 1-1. Only difference was that Nadal went on to win the final after that, Federer didn't.

Medvedev played a great final. Yes, Nadal made a few very bad mistakes but at least he won.

At the US Open? In 2020, Fed is heading into his second decade without a title. If you make it to the end of the US Open, you can be assured Fed won't be there.

Be honest. It wouldn't be 1-1 if they hadn't played on clay. Yeah, it sounds good in your head when you type it :-D

Anywhere off clay. The U.S. Open is a year from now and Federer will be 39 years old by then. No Federer fan is expecting him to win that or even thinking about it right now. The next slam is a winnable slam in Australia. So is Wimbledon. The Fat Lady is going to have to wait a little longer.

I'm not calling anything. I don't expect Nadal to beat the slam record, I gave up on it when he lost AO 2014 final. He really messed it up then. Well, now Nadal suddenly got really close, this is very surprising. Still, I doubt Federer himself is done winning slams. He will probably still finish ahead of Nadal.

What I'm talking about is this year. So much tough moments for Nadal (his worst slam final in AO, one of his worst ever clay seasons...), so much bashing from haters, and yet he ended up having a so much better season than Federer. It's kinda ironic how happy the trolls were after Wimbledon semifinal, yet they were the ones who received the real blow.

I can't believe a "tennis fan" would say something like that about a legend like Nadal. Just goes to show how butthurt some false tennis fans have been since Nadal won #19 and is now the favourite to overtake Federer.

What was said about Nadal? That he lost? Legends lose tennis matches. If I said that Federer did everything better than Nadal, that would also be a lie. Would it not?

It's your poor choice of words in describing Nadal's defeat against Federer that I had quoted in my previous post. "Tail tucked between his legs!" Really? Is that not mocking Nadal while asking everyone else to respect Federer?
