Who does Nadal want to face in the final?

A quick question in the midst of all the chaos associated with a Fedal match. Now that Djokovic has been knocked out, I'm supporting Nadal to win over all the big servers. If he is able to get past Berdych, would he rather play Isner or Del Potro in the final?

Del Potro is the more accomplished player on paper, with the slam under his belt and he has beaten Nadal several times before (H2H is 8-3 to Nadal), most notably in a thrashing in the US Open he went on to win.

However, Isner is playing very well and has the home crowd behind him. His H2H is not as good (3-0 to Nadal), but he has taken Nadal to five sets at Roland Garros -- no mean feat. Also, Nadal can take confidence in that he beat Del Potro already this year, which cannot be said for Isner.

Who would Nadal prefer in the final?

Disagree. His level from mid 2nd set onwards vs Fed will be good enough. Berd hasn't beaten him since 2006 and Isner/Delpo will struggle with his movement and consistency.

Does it really matter? He has a winning record against every player left in the tournament. Very unlikely he would lose to any of them.
