We can all agree that these two guys are future top 5 and future of ATP tour. but who has better potential and better future and better talent for Overall great career on ALL surfaces ?

Thiem seem to have more powerful game that could dominate anyone in the future but Coric seem to be better mover and smarter player.

Maybe they have the potential to be the next Djokovic(Coric) / Wawrinka(Thiem)? Their respective games have some similarities, Coric - smart player, great mover / Thiem - rocket launcher.

For success, you need both talent and the right attitude/character. Someone who is not afraid and totally devoted always wins. Coric, to me, seems to have the attitude/character of a legend. I think he is a future 6+ times slam winner. In Thiem, I see a lot of talent but less of audacity. This type of player may take longer to fulfil his potential and may even not achieve as much as he could/should. I see a dominant no. 1 type of champion in Coric, and somewhat reserved and solid but not quite as successful no. 1 in Thiem.

Then hopefully Thiem, another Djokovic in the future spells disaster to the game.

Coric is a pusher, so I think Thiem is better
True - now. But if he gets bigger then I'd expect he'd get a power boost and be hitting more winners.

Both have the attitude and play like they expect to win. Tough call. But I will go with Thiem since he's got 2 titles. But won't be shocked if Coric passes him.

This summer will tell a lot about where Thiem winds up. His biggest successes have been outdoor clay in Europe and he commits to play Kitzbuhel, the last event on clay in Europe before rushing to NA and the USO leadups. If he transitions better than '14 (losses in 1R at both Toronto and Cinci), I could see him being a factor at Flushing.

Coric has more time but he needs to find some more aggressiveness if he's getting into the top 10.

Coric seems to be the next Djokovic. I think he will develop all his shots(including serve) in the coming years.

Going With thiem. Not sure they might be the next potential dominators on clay and ao. Coric can pack on some bulk and fix that power outage I think. Fantastic players hope they fulfill potential.

Coric seems like a future slam winner to me. Amazing work ethic. Reminds me of Rafa in that regard. He plays more like Djokovic though.

Thiem I'm not too sure about, he has a big game but the question is will he able to bring out at the right times. That will be the difference that will determine whether he ends up with a Tsonga-like career or becomes a slam champion.
