Robert Duvall is top 10. Jack Nicholson is top 5. I really like Peter Sellers, but he is probably outside the top 10. Oh, and Alain Delon (wild card).

Delon is great. Surprising star in Red Sun, a western starring Charles Bronson and TOSHIRO MIFUNE!

I think the first film of his I saw was The Passage. Gripping.

I keep thinking of more....this should be called the impossible thread!

John Cusack, Bill Murray, Kirsten Wiig.

Another vote for John Cusack. Other favorites include Robin Williams, Jeremy Piven, Stanley Tucci, Liam Neeson, Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Jack Nicholson, Tom Hanks, Robert Downey Jr, Dustin Hoffman,

Tom Hardy is a very good actor but is a little tight cased as the villain now.

Check out the upcoming projects...there are a couple of villains (Al Capone and the twin Kray brothers from London's underworld in the 50s/60s) but he is also playing Elton John in a biopic "Rocketman" and the hero in "Child 44", which if it's as good as the book, will be a box office smash!

great actors: Anthony Hopkins, Jack Nicholas, Denzel Washington, Mel Gibson (even if he's crazy when drunk)...

great actresses (are we allowed to use that word anymore?): Angela Basset, Jodie Foster, Jessica Tandy...

I just saw him in "Locke" an interesting movie that happens in real-time in a car.

^^ I think you mean Jack Nicholson, not Nicholas.

Clint was terrific in Josey Wales, I agree. Gran Torino is better, in my view.
Gene Hackman - Unforgiven. Really? I'd say his performance in Mississippi Burning was miles better.

cool list
