Why don't the women warm-up before matches?

I've been watching some. I don't know if i'm missing something but it seems to me they don't warm up before the match. Any reasons why?

no but I've been to countless tournaments in Europe and the States where I've seen Sharapova
S and V Williams
Mauresmo
Henin
Clijsters
Davenport all warm-up before matches and they still do
as a matter of fact,Venus and Serena have warmed each other up before matches

It's protocol. The players go on court and set down their stuff, they come to net, the official explains the match conditions, coin toss, winner chooses serve/return/receiving end/let the opponent choose, then 5 minute warm-up, official calls time, play begins......

They warm up in advance of the actual matches. See some of the practice videos in youtube especially those posted by FYB.

When they get to the match, they are warmed up already.
