Wide/Narrow feet: How to figure it out?

Hi All,

Planning to buy the Asics Gel Resolution (for men). I read reviews that the shoe is not good for wide feet. How do figure if I have wide /standard/narrow feet. Is there calculation based on length/width of the foot?

Easy option would be to go to a store and try them. But I check, and no store close by has them.

Go top any shoe store and it measured...mine are 11 EEE ...wear size 12 for resolution ... 11 1/2 barricade V

I wear 10.5 Barricade 4. So I was thinking about getting Gel Resolution 11.
