@TW Staff I'd like to kindly ask you to pitch the idea/notion to your Wilson representative about releasing a ProStaff 97 18x18 as used by Grigor Dimitrov.
Since the ol' sport has been doing quite well after ditching the 18x17 pattern it would be nice to introduce something interesting for us, common folk.
If memory serves me right Wilson used to release an 18x16 variant but it was the 23mm beam mold and a light and/or ultra light version.
Even more so, according to user @greg280 it shouldn't even be a custom layup which would make it even easier for Wilson...

Wilson did release his racquets a long time ago so we have a precedent . And as @Automatix pointed out, if true, it shouldn't be a problem for Wilson. There is no "spin" version in the current Prostaff silo. What do you think @TW Staff ?

@TW Staff would it be possible to shed some light on what were the requests?
Also a podcast about this would also be interesting from my point of view.
Maybe when you shed some light on this you'd get a response from the Talk Tennis Society which just might help the cause?

If Wilson can release a V9 Blade 98 18x19 ala Korda I’m sure Wilson can come out with a Lab exclusive V14/V15 Pro Staff 97 18x18. Im just not too sure the sales for it since his model from Gen1 and Gen2 didn’t sell as well.

They are not releasing it AFAIK.
