Lol-Demeo8, who starts a thread requesting information and doesn't even extend the posters the courtesy of giving your information? Also, I get the impression that you where not even aware of the racquet calculator offered by TW as you only mention to me to check Tw racquet specifications, but made no mention of the racquet calculator or Swingweight Customizer as a poster pointed out.Well sounds like you didn't read enough TW posts to the know the whole story. Yes you can actually calculate the SW after adding lead. It's called the Swingweight Customizer. (using the search function would help you greatly ) If you had cared to read the first post of this page someone has already answered this for you.

I'm 6' 2", 180-185 lbs.
Don't know the swingweights (D'oh!), but I use Volkl C10 Pro 98's that weigh from 12.6 to 13 oz and also Prince NXG mids that are also around 13 oz. My racquets are typically balanced around 10 pts. headlight.
Oh..my..please get over yourself. First of all, you came into this thread falsely presuming everyone who posted here were confusing swingweight with static weight
that they don't know what they were talking about. When I pointed out to you the existence of racquet specification provided by TW, you, in an attempt to "save face" argued that you were actually talking about SW after adding lead. Then, as poster Strings And Things and I helpfully informed you that it is actually possible to calculate the SW even after lead modification by way of the Swingweight Customizer, you then trying to be a smarta$$ claiming that I wasn't aware of the existence of such calculator myself. Read the posts again, it was I who mentioned the term Swingweight Customizer, specificly.
Secondly, The Swingweight Customizer is not offered by TW (another false presumption by your weak attempt to save face) But Im happy to provide you with a link http://www.usrsa.com/store/learningcenter/lc_combinedswtbal.html There are also many more threads on this forum alone that have the swingweight formula. Again, use the search function.
Now stop trashing this thread with your ignorant comments. Please follow the forum rules, search before posting!
LOL-for a little guy, you are quite brave behind your keyboard! Relax, take a deep, deep, breath-no need getting all worked up-having a bad day-life got you down? I am glad you finally had the courtesy to post your info after starting this thread-quite comical that you never did in the first place! I could care less about saving "face"-for who-you, I don't think so. Just looking for accurate info and clarification and a little less emotion!

There seems to be some confusion on your part and you might want to clarify things for the posters-swingweight customizer, racquet calculator, racquet specifications, uh? Now you have me really confused! How do you know that the swingweights you have requested are in fact the swing weights and not racquet weight? Who is going to take the time to do racquet calculations-heck, you didn't even have the class to take the time to post your spects-quite amusing the assumptions you make.
Little guy-like a said before I think you are getting mostly racquet weight and not swing weight. FYI-you might want to be a little more clearer on your next thread so there won't be so much confusion and uncertainty-don't you think! RacquetNow you've edited your post? LOL I don't even know how to respond to this. Read the Racquet Forum FAQ on top of the thread list. FYI, the majority of the posters in the racquet forum do know the difference between swingweight and static weight.
Ok, here let me help you http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=84719 Please read it thoroughly before you make a fool of yourself again.

Little Guy-I see you like to take "polls",why don't take a poll of "Whats the best way to determine swingweight" 1) Racquet Specifications, 2) Racquet Customization, 3) Racquet Calculator, or 4) Who cares, I'll just give you my racquet weight! Chuckle, Chuckle!LOL believe what you like, if you are still confused about swingweight and static weight. I can't help you if you are that stupid.

Hi there,
You use a very heavy racquet for your size, sir! May I ask what is your swing style, short, medium or long?

yonex super rd tour 90 14.2 ounces strung
Yes i have played tennis since I was a lil kid. Also played football, wrestling, and swimming while in high school.was a 4 sport athlete .I just started hitting again last summer due to acl injury.Yeah my frame is a beast i love seeing reaction when i let my oppenent pick it up. they will be getting hung up soon since im looking for a lighter larger head size frame since s&v tennis is to brutal on my body now. im going to stick in the 11.5-12.5 ounce range on next frameThat is one large, strong brotha. Did you always play tennis, or also rugby / football and stuff?
I thought I used a heavy stick (just over 13 oz). Man, that's like Sampras, Muster kind of weight.

you might not need that since i think i found some pk 5 pse's wanting to be customizedI guess I will have to carry the 14+ oz baseline blaster flag alone then now that you are abandoning the ship.

very nice. my super rds are about 12.9 oz strung with fairway leather grip. they are 1/2 size which weigh more becasue thats how yonex was back in the day. to get them up to the 14+ oz range i put lot of lead under bumper buard at 12 and a tad on 3 and 9 to stableize frame. problem is that the 90 in head is becoming a draw back for me now since im 60 lbs heavier before injury and to many punks use those bab frames nowWe have similar tastes. 3 sport guy here, until I got serious about tennis. I serve&volley a lot, too.
I recently picked up a pair of Dunlop aerogel 200s in a size 5. Built up the grips with a sleeve to a size 6, and added leather and an overgrip. Strung, it's up to 12.87, which is lighter than what I normally use, but it's absolutely awesome. I missed the extra grams, but this stick doesn't need anything additional in the head.
I normally use a slightly heavier Babolat, but I think (until the Storm Ltds come out), I'm using this sub 13 ounce Dunlop full-time. I LOVED doing baseline drills this morning with it, even against a guy who was pinning me behind the line.
Plus, I think it's the best looking racquet out there.
Well, don't go too light. Take care man,

Guazzelli is in the 14+ range, Jolly.
Yea, but he is a chicken choaker.

LOL! Okay, so you're calling him a chicken choker and you've called me a peckerwood.;-)
My conclusion is that you have a thing for 'bird' and 'penis' imagery. Bad combination, man! I won't tell the ladies.
He posts pictures with his balls sticking out, but I'm the only one brave enough to post a picture of himself CHOKING HIS OWN CHICKEN
Hey I calls em like I sees em.

Jroger,
How do you put the lead under the bumper guard?? I tried that on my nice PSC 6.1 and thought I would break the little grommets putting it back on. I ended up removing the lead tape and and got the bumper back on.
