I use wilson sensation strings, and I am very okay with them (I always disliked polyester babolat rpm) - so, do you know any similar strings? I'm looking for cheap, non-polyester and preferably "Babolat brand" alternatives which usually cost cheaper than Wilson strings. (And for me it is easier to find a Babolat string).

My go-to inexpensive nylon is pros pro gutex ultra, basically like Wilson NXT but with more control and a fraction of the cost.
Never used a Bab nylon, but maybe just their regular syn gut?
Of course, forten sweet and goosen microsheep are popular too.

Any particular reason for choosing the 16 instead of 17? Also, what tension do you use it at?

I've tried E-Matrix in the past and although it was affordable, it was also a very fragile string. Many multifibers can be a little low in the durability department, but this string broke down too quickly to be useful for me (I string at home for myself and for a circle of local players). A 16 ga. multi will usually have better service life than a 17 ga. alternative, but if you love the feel of a lighter gauge of string or you have a racquet with a dense string bed layout (18x20), a 17 ga. string can be rather nice.
If you don't have much of an overview of the different sorts of string types available these days, I recommend just a little more research to help you with tracking down what can maybe work better for you. I offer this just because you jumped into Wilson Sensation - a very soft multi - from RPM Blast, which is quite stiff. That's a substantial move from one end of the spectrum to the other. I personally think that RPM is overpriced garbage based on what I've seen it do to several local players through recent years, so there's that.
Synthetic gut sits squarely in the middle of these other string types. It's moderately soft - some more than others - and generally the most affordable stuff around that also offers half-decent performance. Gosen OG Sheep Micro is on the firm side of the syn. gut world, while Forten Sweet is a very soft syn. gut that can actually work as a cheap substitute for some multis.
Keep synthetic gut on your radar. It's not especially exotic string, but it's still an excellent option for a great many players.
One multifiber I really like in terms of its combo of performance and affordability is Prince Premier Control. TW is currently selling full reels of this multi at $89 per reel - only a little more expensive than some reels of syn. gut. Babolat alternatives to Wilson Sensation probably won't be terribly cheap. Sets of Addiction sell at TW for $12 per set, but their premium multi, Xcel, is $20 for only one set.

Another fun way to find a similar string is by using string university compare tool it is awesome . If only they had my pro blend on there or any Kevlar

Babolat Excel is their premium multi and is a very nice string. Right up there with Wilson NXT and Technifibre X-1 Biphase. Cost will be more than Wilson Sensation.
If you want to stay around the same price point then Babolat Addiction would be the best Babolat offering. Not a great string IMO. For the same price Head Velocity, Technifibre Mutlifeel or Prince Premier Control are better offerings.

Wilson Optimus is a WONDER string I loved it a lot . Hated the prism color and it’s ebdurance dura ain’t great but hits a nice Cush ball no doubt

It's softer than other multis such as NXT and Sensation, I find. I would advise to string this at 2-4lbs higher if this string is used, or hybrid with a smooth multi like Velocity.
My wife uses Maxim Touch 17g in her Blade 98S CV strung at 52/50. I tried hitting with it and mains moved all over the place with my top spin strokes. Less movement if I my swing path is flatter.

Spin wasn't even mentioned in OP... I have never, not once, come across a multi that doesn't move all over the place after an hour of play.

I have found copoly strings that play almost as soft as multis: Gosen Sidewinder, Big Hitter Black 7, Double AR Diablo, Topspin Cyber Flash.
I cut them out after 8-10 hours of play, and that's about twice the hours I get from a string like Sensation.
If someone wants a string bed that is soft and snaps back, they need to use soft poly with Monogut ZX cross:
Plays soft like multi, lasts at least twice as long, better control, you can go down a little in tension, and you get snapback all the way
