Sounds legit, I’m torn between this and the CYGS for Djokovic prediction

Let explain. No one is stopping Bull at RG, yet. There is no reason to think anyone can challenge him there. At Wimbledon, the only one stopping Bull was Djokovic. But Djokovic is fading and got lucky to escape in 2018 due to match delay. After Bull wins RG and W, he will be soaring with confidence. I admit that USO comes down to health and wear & tear, but Bull specializes in the Rafa Slam.

Do you have any issues with my other predictions?

Yes, I don’t think Fed will retire at Laver Cup, I think it’s gonna be in Basel.

Original comment a bit mean spirited from me so edited. I think that saying you're being optimistic about Nadal is an understatement though

1. Novak (AO win, 1 other slam final)
2. Zverev (slam win or at least final. Going to say USO) Multiple BO3 titles
3. Nadal (RG, 2 clay masters)
4. Fed (At least 1 slam final - Probs Wimbledon
5. Thiem (1 clay masters, RG final)

Probably totally wrong of course

1. Djokovic
2. Zverev
3. Nadal - Clay will keep his ranking up but he won't successfully defend his Canadian Masters title, he'll make the quarters or better at all the slams.
4. Thiem
5. Nishikori
6. Coric - My pick to breakthrough
7. Anderson
8. Federer - He can play at 50% at the age of 38 and still haul in enough pointage to remain in the top 10, even now I can't write him off.
9. Khachanov - He'll do well, will be like a Ferrer win 250's/500's whilst not performing well at slam level.
10. Cilic

Impossible to tell, anything can happen. But I have the feeling that if Zverev wins a Slam, he'll finish #1.

My gut tells me Federer will wait until 2020 and give the olympic games one last shot. Laver cup 2020 will probably be his farewell.

1. Djokovic (AO, maybe W)
2. (close) Nadal (RG, maybe UO)
3. Zverev (Good RG & US runs)
4. Federer
5. Del Potro
6. Kachanov
7. Coric
8. Cilic

Nadal to all but sweep clay season once more, Djoko to beat Anderson at AO for sole record, Cilic to bounce back at Wimby, Federer to clinch 1 last USO, Zverev to keep winning masters.

2019 YE rankings:

These predictions annoy people but in reality, Rafa played at an extremely high level every time he competed this season. His peak game is best on tour right now.

1. Novak, AO, RG, 2 Masters
2. Potro, USO, 2 Masters
3. Cilic, WMB, 1 Masters
4. Khachanov, WTF, 1 Masters
5. Federer, AO Final
6. Thiem, RG Final, 1 Masters
7. Nadal
8. Zverev, 1 Masters

I just think Zverev gets injured and only gets a single Masters with an open draw. Might get USO quarter and take rest of season off.

I don't think Fed retires but Nadal might and I think Stan will too.

His problem is definitely staying on the court, but Rafa is playing it smart now by giving himself a long break before '19. He's not missing Roland Garros here by sitting out of the year end stuff lol

WTF win for Nadal is a long shot. Also there's no way Khachanov or any young gun is beating Nole at AO. Higher chance is for Thiem to finally take down Nadal at RG.

These things are usually impossible to predict but I'll give it a go:
1. Either Nadal or Djokovic (thing is idk if Nole can defend all the points he's attained since Wimbledon, although he'll have very little to defend for the first few months of 2019)
3. Zverev
4. Cilic
5. Del Potro
6. Federer
7. Theim
8. Khachenov
9. Coric
10. Stefanos

Just missing out:
Niskikori, Dimitrov, Raonic, Isner, Shapo, and Chung

Biggest falloff:
Anderson

Why not add Wimbledon to Nadal as well. From one side we have people who claim Djokovic will win all Majors the next year and from the other we have people like you - 2 sides of the same coin.

This seams like a very realistic scenario, although if Nadal doesn’t come back healthy and win some good points at the AO and sunshine double the #1 spot will almost be guaranteed for Djokovic, unless he pulls another motivation/life choker.

Would be good to see Tsitsipas as a top 10 fixture with the Zverev rivalry bubbling. It really only seems like a matter of time.

If fit I can’t see anyone getting 3 sets off Nadal outdoors. It’s very tough to do and very few players now can live with him bar perhaps Thiem physically. Djokovic is unreal indoors but we saw at US Open he cannot cope in the heat.

Yes, I have an issue with your prediction. I'm sorry but it just proves that you are a fake Bull fan who is actually yet another of those haters who is bitter about Bull and everything he does. Sure, Bull will obviously win all three of RG, WI, and UO easily as always. But you don't predict him to win the AO, and that is just absurd. We all know that Bull has the AO in the bag and will go on to win the CYGS yet again.

In the spirit of the OP, how about: Nadal posts the first undefeated season, including managing to capture the 2020 Gold Medal a year in advance of the tournament being held. Throw in a Davis Cup title too. Also, in his spare time, Nadal discovers:
1) A cure for cancer.
2) The lost continents of Atlantis and Lemuria.
3) Vast amounts of water on the moon and Mars, thus making colonization a realistic goal.
4) A unified field theory, thus solving the biggest problem in physics.
5) A breakthrough in cold fusion, using deuterium as fuel, thus solving the clean energy problem once and for all.
6) A way to capture all of the solar energy on the earth, thus advancing humanity to a Kardashev Type 1 Civilization.
7) Faster than light space travel, thus making human expansion to suitable exoplanets realistic.
