So I played with the Tour 100 and Tour 100P tonight. For my 4.0 aggressive style of play the Tour 100 is for me. I was leaning towards the Pro Staff 97 Countervail up to this point but I am totally sold on the TT100. The TT100 is more stable, solid feeling, comfortable, and has more pop. Basically it's the more game friendly version of the Phantom Pro 100P I have been playing with. I really gelled with the PP 100P but was lacking power on serve and was tired of a sore shoulder from having to swing out on ever shot. The first advantage I give the PS97 is my second lefty slice serve. It was a little more precise with the PS 97 but I'm sure with a bit more time with the TT100 it will come around. One other downside of the TT100 is that it will eat up strings. They are notched pretty bad from one session of singles as compared to the PS97 but I string my own racquets so that is not an issue. Short balls were a breeze to get up and over the net with my forehand, volleys were stable, my one handed backhand was an easy transition, blocked backhand returns stayed deep, and hard flat first serves had great mph's! I will be ordering two matches racquets in the morning when the racquet techs are in!
